Beachbody has launched the 3rd volume of the P90X One on One series.  This series is a new monthly workout with Tony Horton, the creator of P90X.  Volume 3 is centered on fine tuning the workouts that will be included in the next P90X version called MC2 (Muscle Confusion 2).

The first episode of Volume 3 is called Chest, Back, & Balls.  I’m waiting for mine to arrive, as soon as it does, I will create a blog entry.  Here is a quick video about the first episode:

To kick off the 3rd volume, Beachbody has come up with a contest for people to create a P90X inspired workout.  I created a workout called the 1Mile Pile Driver.  It pretty much is 3 exercises in a circuit that you could do 10 reps in 3 sets.  You can adjust the reps and the weight used.  Here is a breakdown:

1) Calf Raises with dumb bell curls.

2) 10 second sprint with dumb bells.

3) Squats with arm and leg left
