Rules:
1) A 42 day Manifest challenge will determine the challenger’s team for the main Island challenge. After 42 days the Odd placed people will become the Others Team, the Even placed people will become the Losties team. Anyone not accumulating 8 miles in the 42 day challenge will be eliminated from the Island challenge. The teams will be posted on the Nike+ forum after the manifest, please join the team that you have been assigned. You will be removed from the team if you join the wrong team.
2) The Island challenge will run for 108 days starting October 16th and ending January 31st 2008.
3) The Island Challenge will step through the first 3 seasons of the show and follow the timeline day by day. Notes on what happened during the timeline will be posted to the forum. The 17 days of season 4 will be a possibility of what will happen during season 4.
4) Mini challenges will occur during the course of the Island challenge that follow the timeline. It is important to check the forum and Nike+ on a normal basis to ensure that all challenges are accepted.
5) Each mini challenge is worth a specific point amount, some challenges will require a specific distance to be covered, other challenges will be speed based and pit the two teams against each other. The winner of the island challenge will get points for winning. The team with the higher point value at the end of the challenge, will be the overall Lost winner.
6) Spoilers will be listed on this site under the spoilers section, you will need to mouse over the content to read it.
7) Videos will periodically be posted to this site, check the forums for announcements for new videos.

Day 71 (12/1/04) (12/23) – Ben reveals the pacemaker deception and shows Sawyer that they are on a small island and escape is impossible. Eko has a vision of Yemi, and his tent catches on fire. Hurley & Charlie pull Desmond to safety and then Desmond disappears. Jack guesses Ben has a Spinal Tumor and attends Colleen’s funeral.
Day 72 (12/2/04) (12/24) – Eko’s visions lead him to the Beechcraft, where he discovers Yemi’s body is missing. Get the first glimpse of Mikhail from the Pearl TV screens. Eko follows “yemi” into the forest and is killed by the Security System. Locke reports that Eko’s last words were “Were Next”. Jack refuses to remove Ben’s tumor. Paulo retrieves the diamonds while in the Pearl station. Kate climbs into Sawyers cage and they spend the night in his cage. Alex breaks Jack out, and he witnesses Kate & Sawyer on the video screen and agrees to do Ben’s surgery if Jack can leave the island.
Day 73 (12/3/04) (12/25) – Pickett reveals “Shephard wasn’t even on Jacob’s list” Jack sabotages Ben’s surgery, threatening to let Ben die unless the Others release Kate and Sawyer. Kate and Sawyer flee the Hydra and release Karl from Room 23 with the help of Alex. Ben tells Juliet he will let her go home if she helps Kate and Sawyer escape. To ensure Kate, Sawyer and Karl get away, Juliet kills Pickett. Jack completes the surgery on Ben. Desmond saves Claire from drowning and tells Charlie about his visions.

S01E01 – With a budget between $10 to $14 million this episode, along with Pilot, Part 2, became the most expensive pilot in TV history. Geoff Heise plays the role of the man on the beach in “Pilot, Part 1″ after the crash in that shouts, “Stay away from the gas.” In “White Rabbit”, Heise plays the role of the morgue doctor who tells Jack that his father is dead.

Here is a little info about the flashback in this episode. The flashback appears to involve Michael and a certain bearded Other in NYC… Mr. Friendly and Michael get in an argument and there is also a car crash. This could be a flashback to the same night that Michael was hit by a car in the Episode Special. This flashback meeting between Tom and Michael could be the reason that Mr. Friendly sports a beard on the island…

OK, so technically, the ABC hit isn’t bringing Cynthia Watros’ short-lived character back from the dead. But Lost executive producer Carlton Cuse confirms that the actress will be playing Hurley’s dearly departed sweetheart again this season for multiple episodes, presumably in more of Desmond’s flashbacks.
“She’ll be in enough of the show for us to fill in the missing pieces of her story,” says Cuse. “We could not be more pleased. Cynthia is a smart and engaging actor, and [executive producer] Damon [Lindelof] and I have some very cool parts of her story left to tell.”
